As TMS Administrator you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix
Managing all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails and training enquiries
Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers
Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
Providing world class customer care
Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
Assist with weekly system updates
Requirements:
