Job Description

As TMS Administrator you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix
  • Managing all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails and training enquiries
  • Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers
  • Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
  • Providing world class customer care
  • Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
  • Assist with weekly system updates

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
