Reporting to the Manager of Financial Compliance and Policy, you will support the strategic direction for finance training and development programs across the department. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive plans and schedules to support statewide training requirements, ensuring high standards of financial management are maintained across schools, preschools, and corporate offices.
Job Responsibility:
Support strategic direction for Finance Division training programs and processes
Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of training sessions and resources
Manage the annual training program schedule and report on delivery outcomes
Identify and select contemporary and effective training materials and resources
Manage logistics including venues, catering, travel, and participant registration
Lead training evaluations and drive continuous improvement of course content
Requirements:
Significant experience in developing and delivering work-practice training programs
High-level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional ability to think strategically and formulate practical training solutions
Highly developed project management skills for geographically dispersed audiences
Ability to exercise significant levels of judgement and initiative autonomously
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
Driver's License
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Responding to Risks of Harm
Abuse and Neglect training
Current National Police Clearance
