We are looking for a motivated and organized Training Intern to join our team at STAFFVIRTUAL. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development and delivery of training programs within a dynamic outsourcing company. As a Training Intern, you will assist in organizing and executing training initiatives for both new and existing employees, helping to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
Job Responsibility:
LMS Administration & Training Support
Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses, tracking completion, and maintaining accurate training records
Support monitoring of training attendance, participation, and completion rates
Help generate basic training reports and trackers
Course Creation & Instructional Support
Assist in developing training materials such as presentations, guides, and e-learning modules
Support content updates to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
Collaborate with the Training Specialist in organizing training content and learning resources
Facilitation & Administrative Support
Assist during virtual or in-person training sessions (e.g., attendance tracking, chat support, documentation)
Prepare training materials, schedules, and communications
Help coordinate logistics for training sessions and learning initiatives
Employee Engagement & Learning Activities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events across virtual, asynchronous, and in-person formats.
Assist in organizing learning campaigns, recognition programs, and training events
Help gather feedback from participants to improve training experience
General Support
Provide administrative assistance for training programs and initiatives
Perform other training-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an internship program for the academic year
Taking up Psychology, Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), or related course
Strong interest in training, learning and development, and employee engagement in a Philippine setting
Familiarity or willingness to learn LMS platforms and virtual training tools (Zoom and Google Meet)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Good communication skills and ability to support facilitation activities
Willing to handle administrative and coordination tasks
