Full UK Driving Licence
Good verbal communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to work as part of a team and alone unsupervised
Strong IT skills with a knowledge of presentation packages and equipment
Happy to travel (when needed) to client sites, as well as occasional out of hours/ weekend working (pre-agreed)
Hold at least one of the below qualifications and be prepared to develop and train in other areas: Confined Space Training (City & Guilds)
Health & Safety – Tech IOSH or above
Work at Height – IRATA Level 1 (minimum)

Job Responsibility

Deliver, and be involved with the delivery of, a wide range of client support services, both accredited and non-accredited
Support the delivery of a range of Health & Safety Training courses
Help in the generation of new clients and promoting the range of services available
Develop and deliver bespoke client courses
Maintain the training equipment and storage areas
Assist with practical demonstrations and equipment sales events

Must Hold UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training
Hold Part 147 Type certificates on B737NG/B737 MAX aircraft
Must have experience in aircraft engineering and working physically on the aeroplane
Experience in reviewing regulations/compliance base procedures
A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team
Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams
