As a Training Instructor at Arco Professional Safety Services, you'll find yourself immersed in a dynamic role that goes beyond mere instruction. You will be the linchpin of a team dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to navigate working at height and confined spaces safely and confidently.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a wide range of client support services, both accredited and non-accredited
  • Support the delivery of Health & Safety Training courses
  • Help in the generation of new clients and promoting services
  • Develop and deliver bespoke client courses
  • Maintain training equipment and storage areas
  • Assist with practical demonstrations and equipment sales events

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Good verbal communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and alone unsupervised
  • Strong IT skills with a knowledge of presentation packages and equipment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and occasional out of hours/weekend working
  • Hold at least one of: Confined Space Training (City & Guilds), Health & Safety – Tech IOSH or above, Work at Height – IRATA Level 1 (minimum)
