Job Description

Translation Empire PK is hiring a Training & Development Officer to support and enhance the learning culture across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best. This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates with some prior training experience who are looking to take the next step in their professional journey.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives
  • Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
  • Track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools
  • Assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials
  • Gather and analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement
  • Ensure the timely coordination and smooth delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Stay up to date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail

Nice to have

HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training

  • Interface with Site Manager and Government representatives for site specific support issues, including scheduling, planning, and exercise coordination
  • Attend scheduling meetings and conferences in order to ensure required support
  • Perform RTO duties to include air-to-air and surface-to-air scenarios in accordance with the latest Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures
  • Create Live/Constructive scenarios and monitor scenario progression to ensure threats are operating in accordance with local guidance/scenario specific plans
  • Provide debrief information regarding threats and RTO results
  • Routinely update RTO materials and procedures
  • Ensure in depth knowledge of latest AFTTP’s regarding RTO, air-to-air, and surface-to-air weapons employment
  • Coordinate with off-site units for operations support and debrief coordination if required
  • As required, travel to other locations for short duration for regional exercises and/or subject matter expert support
