Job Description:

The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining learning & development programs that support business goals, enhance employee capability, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing training, learning & development, or organisational development
  • Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Development-HDR / ILM Level 5 Certificate /Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Ability to travel – list specifics 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Deliver training sessions to employees using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and workshops, ensuring training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the learning objectives. The Manager is an active trainer and expected to spend a good percentage of their time training
  • Build, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the trainers through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants and leaders and provide feedback or implement change as needed
