Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing training, learning & development, or organisational development
Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Development-HDR / ILM Level 5 Certificate /Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring
Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and presentation skills
Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem solving
Ability to travel – list specifics 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
