Job Description:

Training & Development Manager role focused on shaping the future of talent in engineering and construction sectors, designing and delivering innovative learning strategies aligned with business growth and compliance requirements

Job Responsibility:

Design and deliver innovative learning and development strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive training frameworks
Manage full training cycle including needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
Support operational and professional development pathways
Forge relationships with external training providers and accrediting bodies
Collaborate with management to align learning initiatives with organizational strategies

Requirements:

Previous Training/Learning & Development Managerial experience
Prior experience in the engineering or construction industries with focus on operational training
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent relationship building skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to develop others

Nice to have:

Experience with engineering or construction industry training
Knowledge of key industry standards (ICE, RICS, CIOB)
