Are you ready to join the Ostomy Care team and play a pivotal role in developing outstanding sales training programs that ensure the global effectiveness of our salesforce? Take this opportunity to leverage your sales excellence and training experience in a significant and growing business area within Coloplast, filled with exciting projects and opportunities. We Set the Direction for Ostomy Care Globally Based in Humlebæk, Denmark, you'll join the Ostomy Care organization, comprising colleagues committed to advancing this critical business area. Our team includes marketing professionals, product managers, business development specialists, and individuals with diverse and global expertise. We are responsible for directing all Ostomy Care commercial initiatives across various channels, including the global launch of products and services that significantly impact individuals with intimate healthcare needs. In this role you will set the direction and create training programmes to support the implementation of commercial initiatives in our subsidiaries across the world. You will be a bridge between our sales teams and the wider Ostomy Care organization, ensuring that all initiatives we develop are deployed in the most effective way.

Job Responsibility

  • Defining the strategy for training our sales organization to effectively sell and position the Ostomy Care portfolio to healthcare professionals and users
  • Developing training programs related to major commercial initiatives, such as product launches
  • Collaborating with our subsidiaries to support the execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with various HQ departments, the broader Ostomy Care organization, external agencies, and all subsidiaries
  • Track impact and effectiveness of training initiatives, and create feedback loops to continuously improve commercial activities
  • Engage with field salesforce and call specialists in subsidiaries to ensure effective strategy implementation
  • Attend congresses and sales meetings, and spend time with our teams in the field and on the phones, acting as a strong partner for our subsidiaries. Approximately 20-30 days of travel per year

Requirements

  • Experience in developing sales training programs and materials within a B2B framework
  • An ambitious professional with a knack for working both operationally and strategically in sales training
  • Experience in learning and development, and working with Learning Management Systems (we use Mindtickle)
  • Hands-on experience in training sales representatives and managers
  • Project management experience in a global company environment
  • Proven skills in building relationships and managing stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration with local subsidiaries and HQ departments
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage (Danish is not required)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training, or a similar role
