Job Description:

The Training Department Administrator plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of training programs across Excel Services. This role helps ensure our employees receive organized, engaging, and effective training experiences that align with our mission of “We Help People Excel.” This position supports the Training Department through strong administrative skills, content creation, and coordination of onboarding and training programs. The Training Department Administrator will assist with scheduling training sessions, organizing materials, maintaining training records, and eventually facilitating onboarding content and assisting in the development of training materials. This role requires someone who is comfortable using Canva, AI tools, and Microsoft Office products to help create professional training presentations, guides, and visual learning materials.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate training records, track certifications, organize training files, and support reporting for employee development programs
  • Assist in creating engaging training content including presentations, guides, videos, and visual resources using Canva, AI tools, and Microsoft Office products
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by organizing onboarding materials, preparing training schedules, and eventually assisting in facilitating onboarding sessions
  • Coordinate training calendars, schedule sessions, and communicate with instructors, managers, and new employees
  • Support the Training Department with continuous improvement initiatives and assist wherever needed to ensure training programs run smoothly
