MinRes has an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our team. Based at our state-of-the-art Head Office in Osborne Park, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule while also having the opportunity to visit our regional sites and see MinRes operations firsthand. Reporting to the Supervisor, Training Operational Support, you will be a part of a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the business to achieve it training compliance goals.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate all aspects of training delivery and scheduling, liaising with Trainers and workgroups across multiple sites to ensure seamless operations
Contribute to the development and review of corporate training and assessment materials, ensuring content remains current and effective
Conduct proactive quality checks on Operational Support Trainers, identifying and implementing corrective actions where required
Monitor and maintain the teams managed inbox
Develop, maintain and manage training matrices across multiple sites and workgroups, ensuring accuracy and accessibility at all times
Conduct regular compliance audits on the Operational Support Trainer Group to ensure adherence to required standards
Assist in the close out of audit findings and corrective actions
Manage the end-to-end mobilisation process for Roving Trainers, including flight and accommodation bookings to MinRes and Client sites
Build and maintain strong relationships with Mobilisation, Recruitment, Systems teams and site stakeholders at all levels
Support the development, execution and ongoing maintenance of the Teams Planner tool to drive scheduling efficiency
Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation and overall training efficiency
Provide administrative support including document uploads into the Training Records Management System
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Civil Construction, Mining, Processing or Heavy Industries
Proven mine site experience in an operational, leadership or training capacity is essential
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of Compliance and Training Governance
Ability to liaise and create professional relationships with people of all levels
Nice to have:
Experience in reporting, auditing and records management is advantageous
