Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and deliver impactful training programs by managing schedules, resources, vendors, and logistics from start to finish
  • Maintain training operations by overseeing workflow calendars, departmental schedules, documentation, and learning records
  • Analyze and report on success by preparing monthly and quarterly training reports, tracking participation, outcomes, and budgets
  • Support organization‑wide development initiatives, including employee engagement programs and talent development efforts
  • Design engaging learning strategies that address training needs, compliance requirements, and performance improvement goals
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑quality orientations, workshops, and professional development programs
  • Create flexible learning experiences using in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand delivery formats tailored to diverse learner needs
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate content, functionality, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide coaching and consulting support to enhance team effectiveness and help employees achieve individual career development goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordinating training programs and managing learning and development initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and delivering content through various training methods
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their application in training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Background in education, training, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance training and strategies focused on attention to detail in development
