In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners, design innovative training solutions, and play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and development initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and deliver impactful training programs by managing schedules, resources, vendors, and logistics from start to finish
Maintain training operations by overseeing workflow calendars, departmental schedules, documentation, and learning records
Analyze and report on success by preparing monthly and quarterly training reports, tracking participation, outcomes, and budgets
Support organization‑wide development initiatives, including employee engagement programs and talent development efforts
Design engaging learning strategies that address training needs, compliance requirements, and performance improvement goals
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑quality orientations, workshops, and professional development programs
Create flexible learning experiences using in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand delivery formats tailored to diverse learner needs
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate content, functionality, and alignment with organizational goals
Provide coaching and consulting support to enhance team effectiveness and help employees achieve individual career development goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in coordinating training programs and managing learning and development initiatives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in creating presentations and delivering content through various training methods
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their application in training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Background in education, training, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with compliance training and strategies focused on attention to detail in development
