We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support learning and development efforts for a non-profit organization in Williamson, New York. This is a Contract position focused on coordinating educational activities, supporting program participants, and helping ensure training initiatives run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings experience in instructional support, community-based services, and working with diverse learners in structured environments.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for staff, volunteers, or program participants
Develop and adapt instructional materials that support clear, effective learning for a variety of audiences
Provide hands-on guidance to learners by answering questions, reinforcing key concepts, and encouraging participation
Work with program leaders and educators to schedule training events and ensure resources are prepared in advance
Track attendance, maintain training records, and assist with reporting on participation and program progress
Support learning environments that reflect best practices drawn from tutoring, school-based instruction, and human services settings
Communicate with internal teams and community stakeholders to promote training opportunities and support program goals
Requirements:
Experience coordinating or delivering training, instruction, tutoring, or educational support programs
Background working in non-profit, school, preschool, faith-based education, or human services environments
Ability to communicate clearly with children, adults, families, and team members from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, materials, and multiple priorities effectively
Comfort facilitating group learning and providing one-on-one support when needed
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and supporting program documentation
Demonstrated commitment to service, education, and community engagement
