We are currently seeking a passionate Training Coordinator to join our Aseptic Services team, a key part of our operations, manufacturing life-saving chemotherapy drugs. Job Responsibility:
Support the Training Officer in the delivery of training and continuous development for Aseptic Assistants
Assist in ensuring all new and existing staff receive training appropriate to their role and competency level
Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and resources to support departmental training plans
Assist in identifying training needs through observation, feedback, and liaison with line managers
Support the delivery of training using online, blended, and classroom-based methods
Assist in maintaining and updating training materials, SOPs, job aids, and learning resources
Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials
Observe staff performance and provide feedback to the Training Officer and relevant managers
Follow and promote all relevant SOPs, job aids, and company policies and procedures
Actively observe and promote Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) within the aseptic environment
Maintain accurate training documentation in line with documentation SOPs, ensuring audit-ready records
Support compliance with deviation, CAPA, and out-of-specification procedures
Maintain up-to-date personal training records and attend required training and briefings
Prioritise daily activities effectively to support departmental training objectives
Work collaboratively within the team to foster a supportive and professional working culture
Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with colleagues, managers, and other departments
Share knowledge and learning experiences to support team development
Adopt a positive, proactive approach to responsibilities and continuous improvement
Support cross-departmental activities when required to meet operational demands
Requirements:
Experience of operating in a similar role is essential
Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions
Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous
English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)
Highly computer literate
experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
