Looking for a dynamic and creative Training Content Specialist to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing classroom and digital content and have strong experience in Sales and Sales Training. The incumbent must have experience of creating sales pitches, sales stories and sales concepts in health and health related products. He/ She must have experience working with content partners to develop content leveraging e-learning tools, and engaging videos/podcast and training materials. This role demands independent work with various stakeholders like marketing, innovation & science, COE team, other functions and ABO leaders. The incumbent should be highly collaborative, agile and committed to deliver high quality training materials on time.
Job Responsibility:
Cocreate design documents on sales training and Health & Well-being community building on templates provided by community leads
Deep Dive with ABOs & ABO leaders and other stakeholders to develop content and further build training materials like facilitator/participant guide, presentations, EDMs and other formats
Leverage Sales Training & Community Building content from other global affiliates and develop instructional materials like presentations, trainer guide and participants handouts for various training programs (Virtual & Classroom) across organization
Apply best practices in adult learning theories to create effective & engaging training content
Create Sales Pitches/stories and concepts around Health & Well being narratives
Utilize advanced e-learning tools to create interactive and engaging online courses
Design and implement assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives
Maintain and update e-learning content to ensure relevance and accuracy
Develop online games using animations, triggers and VBA
Plan, script, and produce high-quality training videos
Collaborate with multimedia creative agencies to ensure professional video output
Incorporate innovative video formats to enhance learner engagement
Work independently with internal and external stakeholders to understand training requirements and deliver effective solutions
Communicate with subject matter experts like I& S, marketing and COE teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy
Collaborate with Digital Content specialist for creation of Digital Content on community building and sales
Partner with Content Specialist and Capability Building & Operations Managers for sales and community building related content to be leveraged in training events and for building internal capability
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of training projects
Partner with the Internal Team Capability and Training Operations Manager to measure the Impact
Partner with CMI CoE (Insights) to continuously improve training content
Partner with CMI CoE (Insights) to stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices and new methodologies
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in sales content design program facilitation, and training delivery, specifically in leadership and community-building contexts
Certification in Instructional Design Principles from premium learning Institutes
Strong understanding of latest e learning, video development and virtual engagement tools
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and partners
Highly organized, with strong project management skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Understanding of coding like JavaScript and HTML will be preferred
