We are looking for a dedicated Training Center Facilitator to join our team on a contract basis in Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to trainees as they navigate training platforms, ensuring smooth operations throughout each shift. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions, meetings, and onboarding programs
Support new permanent onboarding by preparing materials and tracking completion
Maintain training records, attendance logs, and documentation
Help prepare training materials, presentations, and resources
Communicate training schedules and updates to employees and managers
Provide general administrative support to the training or HR team
Requirements:
Proficiency in basic computer operations, including browser navigation and audio setup
Strong customer service and administrative abilities
Ability to learn quickly and apply training effectively
Friendly and patient demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills
