Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Training Center Facilitator to join our team on a contract basis in Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to trainees as they navigate training platforms, ensuring smooth operations throughout each shift. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions, meetings, and onboarding programs
  • Support new permanent onboarding by preparing materials and tracking completion
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and documentation
  • Help prepare training materials, presentations, and resources
  • Communicate training schedules and updates to employees and managers
  • Provide general administrative support to the training or HR team

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including browser navigation and audio setup
  • Strong customer service and administrative abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply training effectively
