Ability to operate and maintain various target systems such as DART, MTR, and SMR

Range Officer Accreditation or relevant safety training

Job Responsibility

Coordinating contractor tasks for TAR (e.g. land care, cleaning, waste, estate upkeep)
Planning, deploying, testing and recovering live fire targets with Defence Units
Managing TAR gates/flags per approved firing schedules
Building and repairing targets using Defence supplies
Conducting non-technical inspections and supporting contractor technical checks
Maintaining TAR readiness (e.g. weed control, facility upkeep)
Operating DART, MTR, SMR & new target systems
Managing inventory, stock control & storage
