Training and Event Coordinator

• Designing and delivering engaging educational experiences
• Organizing training sessions, workshops, and special launch events
• Conducting training programs for Field Force and Partner sales representatives on Samsung Mobile Experience products
• Interactive hands-on workshops to educate consumers on product benefits
• Developing special loyalty programs for Partner sales teams to build strong relationships
• Organizing engaging in-store events to support product launches
• Creating immersive brand experiences to enhance brand awareness and purchase intent

• A degree in Humanities or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Training, Events, or Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Project management experience
• Event planning and execution expertise
• Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
