As Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training and professional development programs for the team. Your goal is to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to maximize their productivity and performance.
Job Responsibility:
Execute comprehensive training programs and deliver materials specifically tailored for medical representatives
Work closely with pharmacies and the non-medical staff team to provide product training
Roll out induction plans and periodic training sessions
Manage the team's training and development budget
Monitor and evaluate team performance
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and organize necessary compliance training
Propose continuous development strategies
Travel nationally approximately 50% of the time
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Psychology, Education, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar training role within the Pharmaceutical Industry
Fluent in English and Spanish
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable with travel
