In this specialized role, you will lead the end-to-end training strategy, competency frameworks, and professional development roadmaps for the firm's financial representatives. Operating within the Product and Training Department, you will ensure all onboarding, continuing education, and regulatory tracking mechanisms align with industry standards and corporate objectives. Your day-to-day focus will center on elevating advisor competency, managing learning systems, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive educational excellence. • Training Strategy: Developing and executing structured training frameworks and development roadmaps for new representatives, existing representatives, and sales leaders. • Program Management: Leading the end-to-end development of comprehensive training programs, encompassing content creation, delivery, and evaluation across blended learning platforms. • Regulatory Compliance: Partnering with subject matter experts and compliance teams to ensure all training materials and sales processes are accurate and fully compliant with industry guidelines. • Competency Tracking: Overseeing the Learning Management System to monitor program effectiveness, track training attendance, and report on Continuing Professional Development hours. • Product Onboarding: Conducting product due diligence and training sessions regarding investment and insurance solutions to ensure suitability for distribution. about the manager/team You will join a structured Product and Training department that values collaboration, professional standards, and knowledge sharing. Requirements

  • Diploma qualification or above
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and competence within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
  • Possession of, or eligibility for, CMFAS certifications including RES5, 9, 9A, HI, 8, 8A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, Articulate, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Training facilitation, public presentation, and strong communication skills

Nice to have

  • University degree preferred
  • Professional qualifications like AFC, AFP, or ChFC preferred
