Job Description:

We’re working with a defence focused client that are looking for a Training Analyst with DSAT experience, to support their training needs across the organisation from a training needs analysis perspective.

Job Responsibility:

Managing new or changing training needs for an Integrated Training Solution (ITS)
Consolidating and analysing evaluation data from submariner training courses
Delivering recommendation reports for governance and issue resolution

Requirements:

Active Security Clearance
DSAT experience
Experience in conducting end-to-end DSAT-aligned Training Needs Analyses
Ability to engage with SMEs and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and consultations
Ability to translate analysis outputs into clear design requirements for DSAT Stage 3
Knowledge to ensure outputs meet DSAT, audit, and regulatory standards
