Job Description:

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and logistics for our training programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day travel bookings and accommodation for trainers and delegates
  • Liaise with travel agents to secure flights and accommodations
  • Collaborate with printers to prepare and deliver course materials to client locations
  • Set up and maintain folders in SharePoint containing all relevant details for each course
  • Collect and collate data related to training sessions to facilitate reporting
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, confirming locations and delegate lists
  • After training delivery, compile delegate lists and distribute certificates

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and vendors
  • Proficient in using SharePoint and other office software to maintain documentation and reports
  • A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a consultancy or training environment
