The Training Administrator is the centralized operations lead for training activity across ESI. This position consolidates training coordination, records, and measurement that today live across Safety, Field Operations, First Choice Service, and other functions, and brings them under a single accurate system of record within the ESI Academy. This role’s purpose is not just data entry. It is also to give ESI the operational backbone required to elevate training from awareness and participation toward application, behavior change, and business results. That means owning the Learning Management System as a measurement platform, not a filing cabinet; ensuring every training activity can be tracked, reported, and connected to a business outcome; and partnering with Human Resources, Safety, Operations, First Choice Service, and OrgDev to keep training data trustworthy, timely, and decision-ready. The Training Administrator uses AI-enabled tools to automate routine coordination and reporting work so that human time is concentrated on the higher-judgment activities that cannot be automated: data integrity in a safety-sensitive environment, cross-functional coordination, records compliance, and the operational discipline required for the Academy to scale. This position does not deliver training and has no direct reports. It is a hands-on operational role focused on consolidation, accuracy, and discretion in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive construction environment. This is a full-time in-person role and is based at our headquarters in Meridian, Idaho.
