Job Description

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Training Administrator Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a training company or education setting who thrives in a structured, fast-paced administrative role.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date learner and course records
  • Inputting data correctly and efficiently into internal systems
  • Supporting the coordination of training programmes and schedules
  • Handling general administrative tasks including filing, document management, and correspondence
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is recorded and stored accurately
  • Providing administrative support to trainers and management

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a training provider or education environment
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and input data correctly
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
