Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date learner and course records
Inputting data correctly and efficiently into internal systems
Supporting the coordination of training programmes and schedules
Handling general administrative tasks including filing, document management, and correspondence
Ensuring compliance documentation is recorded and stored accurately
Providing administrative support to trainers and management
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a training provider or education environment
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to maintain accurate records and input data correctly
