We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in teaching or training. The ideal candidate should be confident in delivering engaging sessions, preparing training materials, and ensuring effective learning outcomes for students or employees.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct training sessions (classroom/online) on assigned subjects or modules
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments
Deliver interactive and effective teaching using various training methods
Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback
Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate attendance/performance records
Customize training content based on learner needs and organizational requirements
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules
Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure seamless training delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in any relevant field
Minimum 2 years of proven teaching/training experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of training methodologies and learning principles
Ability to manage classrooms and handle diverse groups of learners
Basic proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Good time management and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience in e-learning platforms/tools
Ability to create digital learning content
Certification in training/teaching (e.g., Train the Trainer, TTT)
