Trainer

• Understands business operations, liaising with the Ops team to deliver new store training programmes on time and efficiently

• Previous experience in management within QSR or hospitality is essential
• A high level of passion for the hospitality industry, with a keen interest in training as a career path
• Great at building relationships, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve
• Ability to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings is essential, including being away from home 3 to 5 days per week

Previous hospitality training experience is desirable, ideally from a fast-paced environment
