You’ll guide team members through hands-on training, coach proper work techniques, and reinforce safe and efficient job habits. Job Responsibility:
Introduce associates to their jobs, including basic training, rotation procedures, safety work habits, donning and doffing procedures and clock-in and clock-out procedures
Maintain a skill level at or above the required certification level for all positions
Be able to perform a scrape test and evaluate new associates
Review performance with associates and advise of strengths and weaknesses
Forward documentation of all evaluations to Supervisor
Monitor associate's progress and report to supervisor on a daily basis
Facilitate incorporation of associate into work team
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field
6 months of training experience
Nice to have:
High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required
