We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting training sessions, fostering skill development, and enhancing team performance. Experience in Sales or Recruiting is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, organize, and deliver training programs (virtual and/or in-person) for new hires and existing team members
Assess training needs and customize materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps
Facilitate interactive and practical training sessions to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational needs
Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources in alignment with company standards and industry best practices
Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or in a similar role
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
Tech-savvy, with the ability to use online training tools and platforms effectively
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable working in the PST time zone
