The Trainer & Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical role in upholding our brand standards by ensuring all service partners are properly trained, supported, and consistently delivering high-quality results. This position is hands-on and focused on coaching, inspecting cleaning after training, and continuously improving performance across all assigned accounts. Job Responsibility:
Train new hires and current service partners on ServiceMaster cleaning standards, procedures, including proper dilutions, and safety protocols.
Performing routine quality inspections after training is complete at assigned facilities to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused mindset
Review failed inspections with employees and provide hands-on retraining and coaching
Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and reinforce best practices in the field
Drop off supplies to employees when requested
Partner with HR/ management to develop corrective action plans and improve overall service delivery
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
Build positive relationships with team members
Requirements:
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
1-2 years’ supervisory experience
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Must have valid driver’s license
Strong leadership and coaching ability with a team-first mindset
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and travel between multiple job sites
Flexible schedule (may include evenings or weekends)
