Job Responsibility

  • Learning Plan adjustments and allocation of resources during training
  • Content decisions and recommendations to our business partners
  • Provide classroom Direction, Training, Coaching, Feedback, Motivation and Disciplinary action as warranted
  • This position will be expected to work with the Operational Training budget
  • Ensuring all participants in their class are completing training according to business expectations
  • Managing all measures associated with the material being trained

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Ability to independently manage a class and make quick decisions on direction and flow of learning based on class dynamics

  • One year in Wyndham Vacation Ownership Call Center/Consumer Finance inbound or outbound servicing experience preferred
  • Instructional Design experience a plus
