Human Interest is looking for a Trainer, GTM to create meaningful, practical, and scalable learning experiences that empower our Revenue Sales and Partnerships organization. This role is instrumental in developing and delivering critical training onboarding programs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and facilitate dynamic, instructor-led Onboarding for Sales Development Representatives, Inside Sales Team, Partner Account Managers, and Account Executive programs
Guide employees through self-led learning content
Maintain a deep, working knowledge across multiple functional areas
Elevate advanced learners
Leverage learning theory
Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
Proactively review and refine training content
Prioritize collective success
Strategically contribute to sustained growth
Execute tasks with attention to detail
Achieve 80% or higher in all formal trainer performance observations
Foster a culture of seamless collaboration
Champion organizational directives
Serve as a pivotal ambassador for Human Interest and Enablement
Partner strategically with Sales leadership and subject matter experts
Requirements:
BA degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of proven experience in teaching, training, or a closely related field
Clear understanding of SaaS business motions and the entire customer lifecycle
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in previous sales roles
Strong understanding of various sales methodologies
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
Adept at developing strong working relationships at all levels of management
Top-notch organizational and analytical skills
Ability to use data to inform business decisions
Thrive in a startup and SaaS background (preferred)
Comfort with rapid change and a willingness to take calculated risks
Experience using Salesforce, Docebo, Google Drive, and other LMS systems is a definite plus
