Job Description:

Human Interest is looking for a Trainer, GTM to create meaningful, practical, and scalable learning experiences that empower our Revenue Sales and Partnerships organization. This role is instrumental in developing and delivering critical training onboarding programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and facilitate dynamic, instructor-led Onboarding for Sales Development Representatives, Inside Sales Team, Partner Account Managers, and Account Executive programs
  • Guide employees through self-led learning content
  • Maintain a deep, working knowledge across multiple functional areas
  • Elevate advanced learners

  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback

Requirements:

  • BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in teaching, training, or a closely related field
  • Clear understanding of SaaS business motions and the entire customer lifecycle
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in previous sales roles
  • Strong understanding of various sales methodologies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Adept at developing strong working relationships at all levels of management
  • Top-notch organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to use data to inform business decisions
  • Thrive in a startup and SaaS background (preferred)
  • Comfort with rapid change and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • Experience using Salesforce, Docebo, Google Drive, and other LMS systems is a definite plus
