Job Description

Intuitus Learn, part of the Stadium Group, are looking to hire a trainer to deliver in-house training and to our current clients. The candidates can expect to work with an organisation that puts people at the heart of everything we do. Training is delivered commercially to our private clients and Stadium staff. (Not through government funding) You will be required to work with the training team to deliver the following qualifications: Level 2 Spectator Safety, Level 3 Spectator Safety, Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work, Carry out Observations at different grounds for the Spectator Safety qualifications. As part of your role, you will be required to: Deliver a portfolio of courses to clients nationally, to include Level 2 Spectator Safety and First Aid. To maintain high levels of quality and compliance. To liaise with the central training team at the Head Office in Coventry. Be required to mark online workbooks. This role is hybrid and will consist of 80% Delivery and assessments across the following Locations: Liverpool, Burnley, Manchester, Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby. The remaining 20% of the role involves completing administrative duties, which can be carried out either remotely or at our Coventry head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-managing trainer. You should have relevant teaching qualifications, evidence of prior teaching experience in the subject matters referenced and be able to travel to the areas listed.

  • Produce and keep up to date any necessary documentation, including assessment plans
  • Support students with their learning, including holding one to one support meetings and reviews
  • Monitor and record student retention, progression, achievement and success, using College procedures, documentation and systems
  • Ensure that statistical returns, including monitoring and tracking retention rates, examination results, student progress, placements and destination reports are all completed accurately and in accordance with required timescales
  • Where the subject is of a technical nature, and delivery is in a College workshop situation, take responsibility for the upkeep and development of the workshop area, including tools and equipment
