Job Description:

An established, forward-thinking independent garage in the High Wycombe area is seeking a Junior (Trainee) Motor Vehicle Technician to join its friendly and motivated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 2 qualification (or workshop experience) who wants to progress to Level 3 and gain Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualifications with full support and structured training. A genuine long-term career opportunity with clear progression in a modern workshop environment.

Job Responsibility:

Servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
Assisting with diagnostics using modern equipment
Supporting senior technicians
Completing vehicle health checks and documentation
Road testing vehicles
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

Level 2 Light Vehicle qualification (preferred)
Workshop experience
Full UK driving licence
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to detail
