Trainee Trust Administrator / Officer, Fiduciary Management

• Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation
• Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery
• Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences
• Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism
• Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements

• Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with an interest in pursuing a professional qualification
• A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Highly organised and confident managing your workload and deadlines independently
• A proactive approach, a flexible mindset and a genuine team spirit
• Clear, confident communication, whether you're writing it down or talking in through
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
