Job Responsibility:

  • Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation
  • Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism
  • Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements

Requirements:

  • Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with an interest in pursuing a professional qualification
