Trainee Team Leader – Grounds & Biodiversity. 1 x 2 year fixed-term, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary ranging from £30,997 to £39,050 per year dependent on experience. Tai Tarian is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Trainee Team Leader to join us. You will complete a set trainee programme within Land Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, role specific knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, and behaviours. This is a development role within the Grounds team working towards a Team Leader post. This role provides training, coaching, exposure, guidance and experience for leadership skills. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for gaining a broad understanding of the people management and leadership duties, that supplement technical skills, within Property and Land Services to deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable services across all teams. You will be expected to attain a HNC qualification, along with gaining the relevant competencies, skills, and experiences outlined in your formal trainee Programme. If you do not have or are currently working towards the HNC Qualification or experience, you will have a starting salary of £30,997 a year, rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
