Job Responsibility

  • Actively learn and meticulously implement the CABAS® methodology in daily teaching practices
  • Assist in delivering individualised education plans tailored to the unique needs of each pupil
  • Contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere
  • Support pupils in developing essential communication, independent living, and social skills
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pupil progress

Requirements

  • A relevant undergraduate degree is preferred, but we warmly welcome applications from graduates with diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate a clear commitment to working with children with special needs
  • Full CABAS® training will be provided upon joining
  • Strong, demonstrable passion for working with autistic children and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
  • An eagerness to learn and fully immerse yourself in the CABAS® methodology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents
  • Patience, empathy, and a consistently positive attitude
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
