Job Responsibility
Actively learn and meticulously implement the CABAS® methodology in daily teaching practices
Assist in delivering individualised education plans tailored to the unique needs of each pupil
Contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere
Support pupils in developing essential communication, independent living, and social skills
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pupil progress
Requirements
A relevant undergraduate degree is preferred, but we warmly welcome applications from graduates with diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate a clear commitment to working with children with special needs
Full CABAS® training will be provided upon joining
Strong, demonstrable passion for working with autistic children and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
An eagerness to learn and fully immerse yourself in the CABAS® methodology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents
