Your Role: Teaching and Support: Follow individualised curriculum's, plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills. Behavioural Support: Apply theory-based interventions to enhance the quality of life for their pupils. Personal Care: Encourage and support pupils in maintaining hygiene standards. Progress Monitoring: Ensure teaching methods are effective and appropriate for each child's needs. Advanced Degrees: Pursue a Master's in High Incidence & Disabilities worth up to £13,000. Regular Training: Ongoing training in Safeguarding, Emergency Medication, Behaviour Management, Personal Care, Autism, and more. What They're Looking For: Experience: Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children and disabilities. Qualifications: Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
