Job Responsibility:
Work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs
Learn as You Earn: Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training
Behavioural Expertise: Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills
Collaborative Growth: Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support
Requirements:
Passion over Experience: personality, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people with complex needs
Resilience: ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
Communication: strong verbal and written skills for reporting on student progress
Education: A degree is preferred (ideally in Psychology or Education), but we welcome candidates with strong A-Levels and a heart for social care
