Your Role as a Trainee Teacher: As a Trainee Teacher, you will be immersed in the heart of our teaching department. Under the guidance of an Experienced or Senior Teacher, you will: Actively learn and meticulously implement the CABAS® methodology in daily teaching practices. Assist in delivering individualised education plans tailored to the unique needs of each pupil. Contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere. Support pupils in developing essential communication, independent living, and social skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pupil progress. Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are ready to embrace a challenging yet incredibly fulfilling role. While experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is beneficial, it is not essential. We value: A strong, demonstrable passion for working with autistic children and a genuine commitment to inclusive education. An eagerness to learn and fully immerse yourself in the CABAS® methodology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents. Qualifications & Education: A relevant undergraduate degree is preferred, but we warmly welcome applications from graduates with diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate a clear commitment to working with children with special needs.
