Job Responsibility
Work with pupils individually and in small groups to support their academic, social, and emotional development
follow structured, evidence-based teaching methods including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech and language therapists and occupational therapists
receive comprehensive training and support to gain qualifications relevant to teaching and special educational needs (SEN)
Requirements
Minimum of Grade C/4 in English Language and Maths at GCSE (or equivalent)
genuine interest in education and working with children and young people with special needs
excellent communication, patience, and a positive attitude
previous experience working with children (in any capacity) is desirable but not essential
