Job Description:

We provide an outstanding education for children and young people on the autism spectrum. This isn't your typical classroom role; you'll be working within a multidisciplinary team using evidence-based, data-driven approaches to unlock the potential of every pupil.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students
  • Learn to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs
  • Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training
  • Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills
  • Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support

  • Degree preferred (ideally in Psychology or Education)
