Trainee SEN Teacher | Funded QTS Programme. Location: Cranleigh, Surrey (Easy Commute from Guildford) Salary: £23,000 (Term Time Only) Contract: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (08:45 - 16:45). Are you a Psychology Graduate or an experienced EYFS/SEN professional looking to become a Qualified Teacher? We are recruiting for a unique SEN school in Cranleigh that offers a fully-funded, two-year career path from 1:1 Support to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). About the School: This is a specialist setting for Autism, utilising Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in a completely non-restraint environment. Small Class Sizes: 6-8 students grouped by ability, not age. High Support Ratio: Every student has 1:1 dedicated support. Smart Facilities: Indoor sensory rooms in every classroom, trampolines, and a yoga studio. Safety First: A unique 'Traffic Light' system across the building to manage student agitation and staff safety. Staff Perks: Dedicated break room with a massage chair and a private staff shuttle bus from Guildford Station (£2 each way). Candidate Requirements: To be eligible for this funded training programme, you must have: Experience: At least 6 months in Education, Children's Residential Homes, or EYFS. Academic Background: GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent). A degree in Psychology or Social Sciences is highly preferred. Compliance: Full Right to Work in the UK (No visas expiring within the next 12 months). Resilience: A passion for supporting students with complex needs using positive reinforcement.
