Job Responsibility:
Support children and young people with complex Special Educational Needs
Participate in a 2-year training programme to advance from 1:1 TA to teacher
Deliver child-centered and enriched learning experiences across Early Years, primary, and secondary phases
Requirements:
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Patience and empathy
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and resilience
Strong commitment to inclusive education
Nice to have:
Teaching Assistant Qualification
Relevant experience in teaching, care, or education including voluntary experience
