Job Responsibility:

  • Support children and young people with complex Special Educational Needs
  • Participate in a 2-year training programme to advance from 1:1 TA to teacher
  • Deliver child-centered and enriched learning experiences across Early Years, primary, and secondary phases

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Patience and empathy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Strong commitment to inclusive education

Nice to have:

  • Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Relevant experience in teaching, care, or education including voluntary experience
