Job Description:

Trainee Teacher Opportunity in Special Educational Needs (SEN). Do you want to make a difference in young lives? We're looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join an exceptional Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting. Job Responsibility:

Deliver Engaging Lessons: Work alongside experienced teachers to assist with creative and stimulating lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
Provide Tailored Support: Offer customised academic and emotional support to students, helping with everything from homework to positive behavioural reinforcement
Champion Progress: Celebrate student achievements and help them build resilience as they navigate challenges

Requirements:

Previous SEN experience (either personal or from a care-based role)
Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or equivalent
Availability from September
A driver's license and access to a car are highly recommended, or able to reach Guildford Station
