Job Description:

Train to teach in a school based in Colchester, Tendring or Braintree from September 2026 on our highly-supportive, evidence-led teacher training programme.

Job Responsibility:

  • Classroom teaching practice, peer support, and weekly 1:1 guidance from your mentor
  • Dive deeper into complex areas of teaching with the support of additional experts in education
  • Additional placement days outside of your host school to experience the breadth of the English education system

Requirements:

  • A degree in any subject
  • GCSE Maths, English and Science at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification
  • A genuine passion for teaching, a drive to inspire and motivate students, and the ability to act as a positive role model
