This specialist setting is committed to empowering individuals to make positive, personal choices that enhance their wellbeing, social inclusion and education. Since 2012, this setting has provided a safe and supportive environment, where learners work closely with the skilled 1:1 teaching assistants/trainee teachers to achieve their educational and personal development goals. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting learners to build confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and education goals. Each learner follows a bespoke learning plan, designed around their unique skills, educational needs, and preferences. You will work closely with families and health & social care professionals to ensure that every learner receives the best possible support tailored to their aspirations and needs.
