Job Responsibility:

Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons
Supporting students' academic and personal development
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Assessing student progress and identifying areas for development
Maintaining a positive and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and resilience
Commitment to professional development
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, various special educational needs
Immediate availability
Eligibility to work in the UK
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
