Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Sourcing Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for one of our global accounts. We will provide full training to help you master the recruitment industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Learn how to successfully manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our open vacancies
  • Shadow and collaborate with a portfolio of Hiring Partners and Talent Advisors to support their hiring needs
  • Be trained on how to source and identify top talent across the various regions
  • Learn how to provide a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice utilizing the latest technology and market insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English is absolutely essential
  • A proactive, autonomous attitude with a strong eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • The confidence and ability to learn how to work closely with senior stakeholders to provide an excellent recruitment experience.
