You must be a current trainee solicitor OR an experienced paralegal who has completed at least 6 months of QWE
You should have an interest in pensions law and in completing your training contract/QWE by getting exposure to pensions law

Job Responsibility

Support the team on complex M&A transactions, conduct due diligence on pension liabilities, draft key documents and provide strategic pension guidance for deal structuring
Prepare and review pension scheme documents to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk for corporate clients
Review, comment on, and negotiate terms in investment management, participation, custody, escrow, and loan agreements for diverse clients
Manage client communications and collaborate with partners to address pension-related transaction queries, delivering tailored guidance on regulatory compliance, surplus returns, and late retirement rules
