Are you passionate about the apparel industry and eager to develop your supervisory skills? We are seeking a motivated Trainee Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the apparel industry. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while gaining hands-on experience in managing and supervising daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations within the apparel production facility
  • Learn and understand the production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Monitor and guide the work of production line staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure their successful integration into the team

Requirements:

  • Significant sewing experience as A or Jumper level
  • A passion for the apparel industry and a desire to pursue a career in supervision
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production requirements
